Picture Pandemonium

I love my children. They have great personalities and they are so cute too! I want to have great pictures of them so that when I am old and gray, I can remember what they looked like when they were little. I also would like to show off their fantastic smiles and bright faces to my friends and relatives. Is that too much to ask? Apparently, on some days, it is.

It is that time of year when the kids have school pictures. I never buy them because half of the time they don’t turn out. Also, not all of my children are in school yet and I want all the photos to match. So, every year I take them out to a scenic place and attempt to take fantastic pictures of them on my own. Ok, so maybe I happen to be really cheap too.

This year, despite a long and grueling effort, none of the 90 or so pictures I took of the kids all together was great. There were plenty of pictures that were great of two or three of the children, but someone would have their eyes closed or be making a goofy face. Of course, this makes me feel less apt to ever paying big bucks for a sitting fee. Or, maybe those fancy photographers have some great tricks up their sleeves that I am not aware of.
So, with all that being said, here are some of the pictures. I do have to add that some of the individual pictures did turn out good.
